I love selling real estate in Oregon's Bay Area and my enthusiasm resonates with my clients. I strive to provide exemplary service and partner with buyers and sellers to insure they achieve their goals. I joined the real estate industry in March 2006, and then in January 2010, my husband Herb and I opened Oregon Bay Properties, LLC.

I was born and raised in Maumee, Ohio and hold a BA from Bowling Green State University. After college I moved to New York City and was employed by Federated Department stores and worked in management, buying, and marketing at both the store and corporate level. After 8 years in NY, I moved to San Francisco where I worked in Silicon Valley on the sales and marketing team for 2 software startups. I then joined my husbands company in Los Angeles where I was head of customer service & CFO for his fashion apparel manufacturing company. My solid business background was the perfect training for success in an ever changing real estate market.

I have been happily living in Coos Bay, Oregon since 2006 and love it here! My local involvements include the Zonta Club of the Coos Bay area where I have served as president of the Foundation board, the Chamber of Commerce including the Leadership Coos Steering Committee, and all the local arts have to offer including our art gallery. In my free time I love to knit, garden, cook and entertain friends and family. I am grateful for the community support of Oregon Bay Properties, LLC and look forward to assisting many more people with their real estate needs.

Montana native. My time at university lead to a career in technology, networking, and IT Management.

Professionally, I've been a principal stakeholder or paid consultant responsible for developing office buildings and corporate data centers (100k sq-ft plus) and industrial/technical properties. In each instance, the objective has been to clearly and comprehensively understand the assignment and assist principals including municipalities and regulatory agencies in achieving winning results. My assignments although always confidential have been interesting and varied.

I am patient, thorough and intuitive often communicating potential consequences of actions for all to evaluate so we stay on course. I am known for being responsive, very easy to reach and comfortably approachable. More recently I have helped structure IT solutions for Real Estate clients and it is my intention to help as many people as I can to find and own their piece of the Oregon Coast.

Kristin and I purchased our first home in Montana in 1988. Since then we've owned residential property in Nevada, California, and Washington. We've been based in Bandon since 2010.

Hi! I was born and raised in Palo Alto, CA, and with my husband David (32 years) have lived in Bozeman, MT; Reno, NV; and Bainbridge Island, WA. We relocated to Bandon, OR in 2010.

My first career was focused on Geographic Information Systems (GIS/GPS), digital cartography, and satellite & airborne image processing and analysis.

David & I earned our real estate licenses together and are pleased to work as a team for our clients. I m something of a perfectionist and have learned over the years that the best customer service happens when I under promise and over deliver .

At home, I keep veggies in a 60-ft greenhouse year-round; crochet + knitting are my other pastime along with one German Shorthair Pointer and 8 cats.

I was born and raised in Coquille, and survived my formative years relatively unscathed, attending Jefferson Elementary, Coquille Valley Middle School, and Coquille High School. I received my Associated Degree from SOCC and embarked upon the usual career search trying my hand as a receptionist, a hostess, a motel maid. To meat packing at a jerky plant, driving shuttle busses, being a henna tattoo artist, a nanny, and at one point, even a carney.

When all was said and done, I found satisfaction when I joined the domestic troupes and became a stay at home mom for my two sweet little darlings, Soren and Ilana. I enjoyed all the years that I was blessed with the opportunity to stay home with them. Towards the end of my time home with the kids, I started a photography business, where I was able to indulge my artistic leanings. I loved meeting new clients, supporting their visions, and watching their faces light up when we had exceeded their expectations. There were some absolutely priceless moments!

Once my kids were in school, I felt it was time for me to find a new career path. My parents are heavily involved in the business of homes, my step dad being a General Contractor building houses, and my mother owning a Hunter Douglas window covering business. I have spent a good part of my adult life in and out of all kinds of homes, and seeing my parents make a difference in how they address their clients homes needs. So real estate it was! In 2012 I obtained my real estate license, and was recruited to work for a Keller Williams team in Portland, OR. I participated as a member of a full service team. I received an incredible amount of training and gained invaluable experience. However, such a large team is not for everyone, and I eventually went on to work for another fabulous company, Soldera Properties, also in Portland. There I was an agent on my own and gained even more experience learning with some of the best in the business.

2015 & 2016 President, Rental Owners Association of Southwestern Oregon

I began my professional career at age 6 by weaving potholders from a kit in front of the local supermarket in Brooklyn, NY and selling them to the ladies doing their regular shopping. There were a myriad of odd jobs: shoeshine boy, bicycle delivery, store clerk, messenger, mailroom at the corporate offices, and finally at my uncles apparel factory sweeping the floor and maintaining the sewing machines. During College, Fine Arts major, I worked at night. Although I discussed a career in the arts with my Opera Singer uncle, the uncle with the factory offered me $100 per week to help manage his factory and that was the start of a nearly 40 year career in fashion apparel manufacturing. All the earlier work experience contributed to shaping my attitudes toward work and I am sad that those opportunities don't exist for young people today.

Ultimately I became a senior manufacturing executive for noteworthy public companies and I have also owned and operated several of my own factories and manufacturing businesses as well. Over the past several years I have jumped on board with my wife to help her build Oregon Bay Properties, LLC. I specialize in Residential & Commercial Property Management. There is a good deal of similarity in running a property management operation and an apparel manufacturing operation. They both require excellent positive people skills and good concentration, a sense of urgency, tactful direct no nonsense conversations without damaging relationships or shutting off communications and both require a solid foundation in business law. For public service, our idea to fill our empty walls with art has morphed first into a Community Art Gallery and now I serve as president of the Coos Art Museum.
